Terms of Service

Welcome to One Potato's clearance shop. By using this site and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products and availability

All items are overstock and closeout merchandise sold in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis. All orders are subject to confirmation of remaining stock. An item may sell out or become unavailable after you place your order; if we cannot fulfill any part of your order, we will notify you and refund that portion in full.

Pricing

"Compare at" prices reflect the original or typical retail price of the item. We work to keep pricing accurate, but if an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where fraud is suspected. Payment is processed at checkout in USD.

Returns

All sales are final per our Refund Policy. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Potato's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
